• Constitutes advertisements or solicitations o' business, surveys, contests, chain letters or pyramid schemes;
• Contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, or other computer programmin' routines or engines that be intended t' damage, detrimentally interfere wi', surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or information.

Ye further agree nay t':

• Use any incomplete, false or inaccurate biographical information or other information fer purposes o' registerin' as a user o' th' Service, or fer purposes o' registerin' fer any promotions offered through th' Service;
• Imswabbieate any swabbie or entity, includin', but nay limited t', a GPRO web master, or moderator, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent yer affiliation wi' a swabbie or entity;
• Use public proxies t' connect t' GPRO
• Delete or revise any material or other information o' any other user o' th' Service;
• Harvest, collect, or send information about others, includin' e-mail addresses, without the'r consent;
• intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable law or regulation includin', but nay limited t', regulations promulgated by any securities exchange;
• "stalk" or otherwise harass another; or collect or store swabbieal data about other users.
• Take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on th' Service`s infrastructure;

Ye further agree nay t' violate or attempt t' violate th' security o' th' Service, includin', without limitation:

• Accessin' data nay intended fer ye or loggin' into a ser'er or account that ye be nay authorized t' access;
• Attemptin' t' probe, scan or test th' vulnerability o' a system or network or t' breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization;
• Attemptin' t' interfere wi' service t' any user, host or network, includin', without limitation, by way o' submittin' a virus t', or overloadin', "flooding", "spamming", "mailbombing" or "crashing", th' Service;
• Sendin' unsolicited e-mail, includin' promotions an'/or advertisin' o' products or services;
• Forgin' any TCP/IP packet header or any part o' th' header information in any e-mail or postin'. Violations o' system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability.

Ye acknowledge that GPRO dasn't pre-screen Content, but that GPRO staff shall be havin' th' starboard (but nay th' obligation) in the'r sole discretion t' refuse or move any Content that be available via th' Service. Without limitin' th' foregoin', GPRO an' its staff shall be havin' th' starboard t' remove any Content that violates th' TOS or be otherwise objectionable. (b) if required t' do so by law or in th' good faith belief that any such preservation or disclosure be reasonably necessary t':
(c) comply wi' legal process;
(d) enforce th' TOS;
(e) respond t' claims that any Content violates th' starboards o' third-parties;
(f) protect th' starboards, property, or swabbieal safety o' GPRO its users an' th' public.

Ye acknowledge that th' technical processin' an' transmission o' th' Service, includin' yer Content, may involve transmissions o'er various networks an' changes t' conform an' adapt t' technical requirements o' connectin' networks or devices. GPRO reserves th' starboard t' terminate yer access t' some or all parts o' its Service if ye withdraw yer consent in this paragraph at any time.

You agree that you will not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, re-sell or exploit any part of this service , use of this service or access to this service for any commercial purpose.

GPRO reserves the right from time to time, at any time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that GPRO shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

6. Termination

You agree that GPRO in its sole discretion, may terminate your password, account (or any part thereof) or use of the Service, and remove and discard any Content within the Service, for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use or if GPRO believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the TOS. GPRO may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the Service, or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to the Service under any provision of this TOS may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that GPRO may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and files in your account and/or bar any further access to such files or the Service.
