This year's F1, had a high level in the rookies, each showed interesting features to their equipment and vehicles concerned. With only 2 races: For you who the best rookie of 2011 of F1?

Daniel Riccardo did decently for the amount of race time he had and the car, but Sergio Perez did very well. (FYI Perez would get my vote even if Riccardo was there.

You could make a case for Perez...but I''m with the majority here. Di Resta by a fair old distance.

Sergio Perez for me, his drive at Australia owns any of the other rookies (even though he was disqualified after the race).

The poll result so far is exactly how I would have ranked those drivers.

but where is Bruno Senna?
Bruno Senna made his debut in 2010 with Hispania Racing.

Di Resta for raw pace and driving very mature, picking up important points for his team and pressuring his teammate.
Perez for showing impressing skills to keep the tyres alive for a longer time span than others, and coming back from a shunt that could have ended his career.
Maldonado for improving over the season, giving Rubens more and more headache after the halfway-mark, unluckily missing points at Monaco.
D'Ambrosio, for doing well as a rumoured pay-driver, but actually challenging his more experianced teammate Glock, and beating him several times.
Actually, it's not easy for me to choose...

Di Resta by a mile, Perez will be good too, and maybe he just had a worse car, but Paul was clearly the stand out rookie this season

di Resta & Perez were the best, but Maldonado & d'Ambrosio have certainly shown that they deserve a spot in F1 as well, maybe not for teams like Red Bull, but still.

di resta is rookie of the year in my point of view. not just because of his performance in racing, but he completes the total picture of a future champion.
Perez has less experience overall, but proved himself worthy of a seat in F1.
As do Maldonado and d'ambrosio, allthough i don't think either of them ever will compete for the championship.
And looking at the fact some are pay-drivers, they are loads better then pay-drivers have been in the past.

Hard to tell. Di Resta gets the best results and more points, but he has a very good car. Perez on the other hand makes sometimes miracles with that awful Sauber.

I disagree with the majority here..
Don't get me wrong, Perez and Di Resta have done brilliantly this year, but so have their team-mates, so some of that could be down to the car suiting similar driving techniques..
I'm going for D'Custard.. He's been consistently under-rated (as per Di Grassi last year) and when you look further down, he's constantly in the backmarker brawl in Q1, not .5 seconds down..

Di Resta did very While this year taking a mate as Sutil him surpassed several races and has shown great performance, moreover Pérez mostro handling fine polished has exceeded repetitive occasions to Kobayashi Indeed the last points of Sauber have run on behalf of Perez, as to Maldonado has been shown to be in front of a pilot as experienced as Barrichello and the only one allowed 3 times Q3 with Williams and finally we have D 'Ambrose with a car and computer on which one may be required, to beat his teammate Glock and fence it has in many races. (Ricciardo has done well but I think his debut season in 2012 should be because it has not been completely this 2011).

Di Resta, for sure. Altough Perez's season could have gone much better if it weren't for that crash in Monaco. Maldonado was really disappointing, he looked more like a psycho troll than a GP2 champion. He made a lot of childish mistakes and had nothing good enough to compensate for them. I really don't think he has earned a seat for next season, but who knows, some talent is definetly there, and he might just prove me wrong in 2012.
