Hi to everyone.
I have a recomendation for some managers, specially the manager who start negotiations with the sponsor Kellochs.
The recomendation is " don't start negotiations with sponsors that have a lot of advantage of negotiations with other managers, because this will become a lost cause trying to obtain it", and probably this manager are going to lose your time of negotiations that can use by negotiating another one.

Hmm, okay. Just wanna add a few words there. Basically, that will be the case, if someone already started with it, then it is hard for you to process quicker than the first starter. In most cases, you are just wasting your time. However, if you are confident enough, then this is something you can do, but you need to weigh the pro and con.
Take the Kellochs as an example, the average process is 33%, and there are 2 managers with it (you can start negotiation and then refresh the page and then the average process is 22% so you will know that). Although there are no evidence, I suppose that since Carlos said about it, that means he is process something around 50% to 60% and the other guy 6% to 16%.
Well, I am not saying it is impossible, if you can process something like 15% per race, then Okay, you may get it in 7 races. But usually, when you do that, the early starting manager will do the same and you lose.
I am not helping Carlos or blaming on anyone who make the negotiation, it is all your own decision.
Hope those things may help and I suppose that such topic is not always appropriate in group forum.

I'm saying this, because in my opinion this can help to the other manager to don't lose his negotiation time. When he started negotiations with Kellochs, I had the negotiation over 50% (before the race 3), then I change the priority to obtain this sponsor in 7 races (before Interlagos), so if the other manager think that can sign this sponsor before than me, then there is no problem, I have a lot of advantage.
PD: I'm saying the sponsor's name because I have the confidence that in a competition with other manager I'm going to win.

I understand what you are wondering, but this could stop because the manager will learn that after you get the sponsor. If they don't, well, they will hardly to win in the future, right?

jajajaja. My worst race.
2 randoms in the same race (One of the wheels seemed to be loose and had to be fixed, The sidepods were damaged after a touch with the wall) and 5 driver mistakes. Even that, I think that the final 19th position was fine.
Congratulations to Phil Turner for having won this round in the cup.

On the next race he has to make points otherwise my thumb is on the fire button. :)
Cup I'm out too. But with Mr. Cejas I had a hard opponent.

wont be me Patrick no need to worry about that :') this season was just a money and motivation builder on my behalf and its worked perfectly, now to flunk the last race and push next season >.<
