Firstly, have you tried the mentor system? If you haven't, try it out before you look for a team. It's very useful with 1-to-1 contact with an experienced manager. /gb/forum/ViewForum.asp?ForumId=24

Secondly, we like to keep the number of similarly-named threads down, so try using the forum search function to see if a similar thread to the one you intend to create already exists, and post in here with a bit more info to get some better feedback from better teams /gb/forum/ViewTopic.asp?TopicId=5321#scroll :)
