Study the driver market. Get a base understanding of what makes a fast driver. You can see the results of them but it won't give you a definitive answer. It's likely you have a bad driver right now. make a list of drivers and study their stats, see if you can find some trends

Only replace parts when they won't last for the race. Don't use risks until you have a bit better part levels. Risks multiply the wear for parts when they're too low. With 0 risks and a good driver you'll still be fast in rookie. Each track part wear will not be the same. You have to store data somewhere.

3. try to make conclusions from those races

after that you should be able to ask some more specific questions and get a mentor to help you. just ask for a mentor in the "looking for a mentor" forum.
