In short no :)

You will lose access to some of the cosmetic features but nothing which actually effects your ability to compete

I wouldn't call 'cosmetic' to the ability to fine tune the search parameters on the 'Available Drivers' section...

/gb/GPROSupporter.asp

Those are the GPRO supporter features, when you run out of credits ,you loose those features.

But you cans still play the game.

You don't the fine tune you mention
Downloading the data to excel, which is available to everybody, is much better for fine tuning
