Following the recent spate of interviews with stalwart GPRO managers, I decided I would get in on a little of that action and interview someone myself. But who? I compiled a long list and whittled it down to the most deserving manager. Having looked at the potential candidates, I decided to interview my own arse. Here is the result:
1: Firstly, Bum. Sorry, may I call you Bum?
Bum: Yes, of course. My full name is Phil McCrack, but my friends call me Bum.
2: Thanks, Bum. Can you tell us a little about yourself? What do you do IRL?
Bum: I’ve got a crap job, I’m afraid. I’m in waste management.
3: Sorry to hear that. On a more cheerful note, how did you find the great game of GPRO?
Bum: Well, I’d heard on the grapevine that you had joined and I just came up the rear. BTW, why are you numbering all the questions?
PT: I’ve no idea. Some say you’ve blown through the forums like a breath of fresh air since you joined. Would you agree?
Bum: Well, I wouldn’t put it like that. Some say I just talk sh*t and some of my comments have gone down like a fart in a lift. I think I bring a fragrant outlook to forum discussions, but most people think I just stink the place up.
PT: You’ve never been in a team. Why is that?
Bum: Well, there are hundreds of teams where I would fit right in, but I’m not interested in just being a tailgunner.
PT: What do you think of the new slipstreaming feature of the game?
Bum: It was a fascinating first race. Gratz on your win, BTW.
PT: Oh, thanks, it was nothing. :)
Bum: Well there seemed to be a lot more driver errors. I for one left skidmarks all over the place!
PT: Some say you bear a striking resemblance to Michal Kubski’s face. Do you find that flattering? Indeed, its surprising there hasn’t been a post in the look-alikes thread about it.
Bum: What? I know I’ve grown a little hairier lately…
PT: A little?
Bum: …OK, a lot. However I’ve never been so insulted in all my life. Kubski’s face is way more bottom-like than mine. I’m going…
PT: Well, no need to be arsey about it…

At last an interview worth reading. It was pointless and yet still holds more worth than most of the utter p**s that is posted on here.
