Well, I'm a beginner too, but as far as I can tell, luck isn't much of a factor in GPRO (I'm not saynig there isn't any). In Rookie a good Pilot + a good race Setup/Strategy can make all the difference you need.

for a rookie the best attribute is his driver. . and most of all his concentration yea n setting up the car also equally important
|
|

Try it out, its a game. And the most interesting part of it is the discovery if the "important" bits. And Roockie is a place where everything is reset at the end of every season

TRACK RISKS!. . . People how much track risks do you use in each race?

That depends how much car wear you like ;)
The rules state, 40 is very high for rockie. Looking at money balance, I guess some are going over.

I didn't go over 30 yet and my guess is that you two (Sumedh and Volker) also didn't use high risks. But - just like Volker said - I'm almost positive that we have some managers in our group that are using much higher risks.

That was bad luck for you Tibor. Its never nice, but I guess there is no chance of us changing that :( I would preferred to fight for a win

from what i have come to understand race track risks are not alone responsilble for your speed it also takes into account ur drivers overall. . motivation and concentration at this stage mostly. . so even if for example i n volker use the same risks. .his driver most probably end up being faster as his overall is high. .

Well that's true, the last two races weren't the luckyest for me :). First I got knocked out, then a problem with the front wing. Nevertheless, I hope the next race will be interesting;)

nope not much of an interesting race. . ive got car that might smoke in the end so playing it low. .umm very low on risks. . .so mebbe ill just finish the race say within points if others make mistake! :P :P

What an interesting (and positive for me) finish tonight. Stealing Laszlo's podium in the last lap.
Very unfortunate for Sumedh not to smoke out the race, but to end up sidelined with a puncture.
And Tibor, so so so close to your first victory . Well its Olivers first now:), congrats.

see i told ya. . .it wud great for me if i had finished even wid 0 track risks i ended up wid a puncture. . now lets see next race. . .i think a similar trend would follow
