Could somebody send me an example of how the new race analysis looks. Since I do not drive, I cannot see how it is, and therefore not fix the parsing of the race analysis.
And yes, driver energy will be there soon

Not sure if it is exactly what you need but have sent you an image of the page - if it is any good

I had saved my data in a dat file. (In an older version)
When I import that data on a new version I get an error/crash. Stating that error occured while reading data from the dat file.
Any suggestions?

Version 3.2.16 is out, which should fix the race analysis problem.
Also it now parses driver energy, but still does not show it anywhere. This will be in a later release

I guess I have to send my error file as mine doesn't do it :(

Can the "you have to uninstall previous version before you can install the new version" thing be fixed? Right now I need to update tracks and restart GO again every time I install a new version.
EDIT: Also getting parsing error notices with the 3.2.16 version. Is that the latest one that can read and keep Energy (though not yet display it)?

I re-downloaded GO, but no luck. It doesn't parse the race analysis :(

3.2.17 should fix the parsing of race analysis, and also allow the Driver training view to open
Sorry

Thanks Mikkel. This works fine now. :)

Mmm... I am having problems now.
Upon calling go.exe (tha same way as always), I get an error message:
'Could not check for new version.
Not being able to resolve the remote name: www.mbjwrg.dk' (this second line shows in Spanish for me)
If I uncheck the box for 'Automatic check for updates' and close and run it again, the message does not pop, but upon trying to update the data I get another one:
'Not being able to resolve the remote name: gpro.net' (I see this line also in Spanish)
Befor updating (I thnk with version 3.2.17) I had no issues at all. :|

Did you have 3,2,16 before ?
It's possible those 2 versions have some "overlap" resulting them thinking they are the same thing. They came out so close to each other, I wouldn't be surprised if something odd happened :)
IF you did have x,x,16 I'd suggest removing GO (control panel -> programs -> remove), then installing 3,2,17 again

Mmm... I changed from 3.2.15 directly to 3.2.17. Yet i'ts odd nobody else had reported issues (I guess I might not be the only one who didn't upgrade immediately to 3.2.16 when it was released).
I have uninstalled Gpro, and reinstalled the latest version, and the same continues happening.
I guess I won't have access to the 3.2.16 installer. Fortunately I have the option to reinstall 3.2.15 (I conserved the setup file), and wait for the release of the next one (3.2.18), and see if it works by then.
(Anyway, if think a problem of 2 versions proximity in time -and with the check for updates disabled- shouldn't cause any issues with the data -car, driver, staff, etc- update)
Isn't there anybody else who has found any problem after updating to this last version?

I uninstalled 3.2.16 before installing 3.2.17 so effectively didn't have GO installed at all, it still works fine for me. Sorry that I cannot offer any further advice, apart from emailing Mikkel and letting him know.

today I started GO and it warned me about new version. Just went to the page, downloaded setup.exe, uninstalled old version I think it was x.x.15, made a copy of go.dat and just installed new version...everything went perfect as usual and no problem occured.

Lucas please check that you do not have a proxy set up, which could block GO from accessing the internet

Quote ( Mikkel Bjerg @ September 25th 2016,15:32:40 ) Lucas please check that you do not have a proxy set up, which could block GO from accessing the internet Thank you. It was not a proxy problem, as I resinstalled version .15, and everything went fine again.
But... thinking about you suggestion, I checked and finally determined the culprit was my AV.
I recalled now that after its last updated it requested to restart the PC, and I delayed it... and forgot (I normally leave the PC in suspension, as it takes its time to turn on). It was blocking silently the conection, but upon restarting and runing GO this time it showed the warning screen for go.exe with the options (blocked by default). It does it with every version, and I didn't remember having to pass by that process with the last one, so it seemed quite likey to be... and that was.
Upon setting to allow, now GO runs correctly now. Sorry for any disturbance :)

Hi guys, I have a question. Never used this before but was interested. Is there any way to get all history in this tool?

Not fully understood your question, but you can only operate the data you updated yourself at the right time (you cannot see the data of your races happened before GO was installed).

Hi.

Try using something like, CC Cleaner or IObit Uninstaller, does a better job than normal windows tool.
If that doesnt Work, do a registry clean..IObit Advanced System care Pro has all the tools...Dont mean to harp about Iobit, but its what I use.

I went to register (Regedit) and gave a little delete :-)

And then i used CC-Clearner to finish. Seems to work.

You should make a search for "go.dat" in your C:, as uninstalling shouldn't take away the data.

Unfortunately it seems GO still can't import data from last race if I'm updating after the reset. All data is there but for some reason GO thinks race 17 never happened.
