No coding :D You see the original line, there is an empty box that you write the translation and that's it. Sometimes there are tags that you shouldn't touch as they change for everyone, like "X overtakes Y at the straight" but it's easy to figure out.

How much of translation is completed (I am playing on English version) :)

97% completed. There are 223 strings left to be translated. I didn't start translating it from the very beginning. There are some translations that are not good enough tbh, in game rules & FAQ etc. You can check when you have time & you can edit them too. If you really want to volunteer, you can send a pm to Vlad about it. I'm totally fine with it :)

97%, the translation is still usable I'd say, so th eproblem is not as "big" as it may seem first hand (at least not at this point, might become bigger in the mid term)
Ahmet is over 200 strings under, but to be fair, most of those might be one liners, so you can easily catch up.
As per Ahmet stepping down, that's up to you. You'd occasionally get a PM asking you to fix something, it's not something too overwhelming.
I have the opposite case with Marcelo, he does almost all strings, and me being the most active, I deal with the change requests and observations. Each translation sub team can arrange its own terms

I'm still spending quite a lot time in the game so, if Sinan has any questions after getting the translating rights, I'll try my best to help him. He can contact me too :)

To all potential translator candidates: WE HAVE A PRIVATE FORUM. That means 3 things.
* You can get help from other experienced translators
* Admins can get bugs/problems reported faster
* It's private, and you are in there with the cool kids of the site :P
And, you usually get a sneak pic of the features that are being implemented in the next days/weeks. All translators knew about the "forum mentions" first ;D
