When I took a look :) at the team you represent, I ask myself a few questions.

Why did not limit new members to Pro+
A
Probably looking for a fresh blood

Why not the leader is the one who do this job

This is the well organized team with duties for every member
About me
Team I belong to, right now do nothing. I tried to initiate sharing info like fuel and tyres, but there were no response.
I am preparing driver for next season when I will going to hunt promo.
