My bet for promotion is on Fabio and Ben but I do believe Igor can make it, if he grabs a lot of wins. Still, bet on Fabio and Ben first though :)
I think that my opponents for promotion be: Richard Luijendijk,Mindaugas Sarocka and maybe Flavio (if his pilot contract for more than 3 races)

That sentence "look my staff - 98 place" was enough for me to consolidate my impression about yourself.You need to learn a lot of things before post sentences like this.I can be easily in top70-80 before next race if i want.It is pointless to have max of all facilities and etc.For example i have 40 Pitstop training center and Commercial only all other are 13 atm.I was talking about:
Stress handling: $1.500.000
Concentration: $1.000.000
Efficiency: $1.250.000
That`s why Ben will stay 1 more season here.He want to train these one,i am not sure ofc,but there don`t have anything other to upgrade at this lvl which is not useless.That is the difference Elite/Master/Pro - Drivers and Pits.For example all in top20 at Elite group is starting with 100 CT but the diff is drivers and fast pits,because with good pits you will have less ppl to overtake and less ppl with slow you with there defensive risks.That is the easiest way to win positions infront.That remember me for 1 of your previous posts about your driver and i am laughing right now :D 170 stamina ?! Why you need 170 stamina instead of aggression ? I prefer 70 aggression and 130 stamina than 170 stamina and 0 aggression and i am sure you will relegate if you don`t have aggression next season in Master so...train more aggression this season will help you a lot for the next season :)Cheers bro :P

Valentin can you tell me what are your skill staff? Do you know, that the bigger is the difference between the maximum level of training and skill that you are training, more items you add for one training. like me, for exemple, during one training I'm adding 3 of concentration. therefore is useless to train, if you have 40 Pitstop training center and Commercial only all other are 13 atm.

If he needs staff training or more money or more sponsors... I used to plan everything according to my driver, like he was the sun and everything else were just planets revolving around their sun. No, now I think about staff, sponsors, money, etc... and then I try to match a driver to what I need at the moment! I like mine but I will loose him too this season!

Being in Elite and relegate after isn`t any achievement :D omg ? Why ppl from diff groups write here ?You don`t have own groups ? :)
Btw i was Team GPRO Champion with Petar Totev,Ivan Mishinev,Anton Shikoff and etc so you can just shut up and listen :D Ye i know everything in this game but the reason why ppl quit is simple,that`s why my best friends quit + me for that long time - Good drivers are 20,Great drivers are 10 and best drivers are 5 all other are mediocre.And after 3-4-5 seasons with these best driver you quit or relegate because driver is everything here and that is stupid.Everyone can go Rookie - Ama - Pro - Master - Elite and promote every season it is so easy but after that ? Relegate and quit or you think to be in Elite and then relegate is a big deal ? You are pro ?You are using your teams tool and watch for there tactics ?!
I am doing all my Q`s 1 hour after every race,without tools,without copy/past tactics from my team and stil doing it pretty well with average driver.To be honest you are very close to make me promote next seasons to Elite and relegate after :)
