Well said, if she uses all the information she has collected from team hopping to help new rookies get a handle on the game then it will have been worth it.

I honestly feel it's a case of delusions of grandeur, and that's based on reading several applications. It's a self centered endeavour.

My friends today is a historic day for our group. After a steady course of several seasons we won the championship with relative ease even as we were the first stable throughout the league.
I want to thank all the Team Mates, especially my Team Mates of champions Team and our staff and to dedicate the cup.
Yours is guys!
All the work and labors of so many seasons rewarded today.
Thank you all for a wonderful season so far and encourage you to enjoy! But you have only 4 days and we have a season reset. After their heads into work again!
And know this: Whatever happens, whatever we receive, we are united fighters!
PS. The cup is the best gift for my Nameday.

the part of team organisation goes to other members who selected best 10 managers
the part of psycology goes to the ones who motivated the team
the part of altruism goes to the ones who put their personal goals under the team goals and promoted-spent money against their planning
the part of knowledge goes to the research team
the part of race strategy goes to these guys who searched huge amount of data
as in a football team the person who scores wouldn't be able to score if there is not the midfielder behind
the team wouldn't win if the goalkeeper doesn't save his net
and their stamina and morale wouldn't be the appropriate one if there is not a good coach behind

i won't be able to persuade him but...
we can't be equal if we are the same
and if we are not equal at work then we can't work at 100% in order to help the team but we work in order to help ourselves.
personal goals is not sth bad, but the team should know them
