Also, you obviously forgot that Q1 was in the wet and didn't use wet tyres...

Simple. Q1 and Q2 times are summed up regardless the manager is aware of that or not :D

To summarize: You lost ~10 seconds to pos 27th in Q1, the few seconds you gained in Q2 wasn't enough to pull you higher in the qualify standings.

Under Race information it will tell you this:
Session Tyres
Q1 Rain
Q2 secret
Race secret
Quite likely you did use dry tyres in qualify.
