Testing is good! Do it when you can.
Get a good driver and train him to be even better.
Balancing car parts and money can be a real challenge.
Having plenty of money when you advance to a higher tier is very helpful.
Have fun while doing this.

We would like you to race all of the races, but we also know that life makes that difficult sometimes. If you are not going to be able to setup for a race, think about creating a holiday, so someone else can do it for you. If you miss 4 races in a row without setting up a holiday, you may be eliminated from the team.
