i cant real understand max is 110 fro driver yes ? you cant buy higher lvl.
how can you pal have a driver that has 137 and 17 races left..
i havent figured that out yet :)

Yes Torbjorn, and the 139 litres of fuel hasn't helped much. I'm running a very long first stint.

When you get a new driver, you can extend his contract straight away, then you have him for 34 races. After 17 races it's quite easy to increase him to over 130, and still have 17 races before you have to replace him.

Better is buy driver with worse level and give him only this traning which you want.

Yes Lukasz, I didn't want to promote this season, so I got a young driver who will be ready for a push in season 80.

Buying an older driver with higher experience is a good way to get promotion. Extend his contract straight away, and then you have 34 races with him unless you get relegated.

if u buy a driver(105-110 OA) and u have 2 full contracts(17+17 races)
first 17 races u train it...and u will do 120 OA easy, right?
next season if u will have max motivation (u will try to promote and u will be in the first places, right?) 250 motivation =~ 20 OA
so, until now u have driver with 140 OA, if motivation is full(250) and will do more training...u can go to 150 OA without sweating! if u do some Testing...u will have more OA
so 137 OA is a low number! hope u undestand the idea...

thanks man ill try to use this for next driver.. now most to hang on in this season but for next maybe time.. must try to gain some money also..

You'll probably have noticed, but I'm planning to have 2 seasons in rookie. I got myself a rookie quality driver a few races ago, that will be able to race in rookie for 2 seasons without going over the 85 threshold, and his attributes mean he will be quite a strong driver when I promote back to amateur. It's been fun racing with you guys over the 5 seasons I've been in the group, and who knows, I might return to the group when I get promoted.

Well done to all that are heading to pro. I'm dropping back to rookie for 1, or 2 seasons, but it would be nice to return to this group when I'm back in amateur. Good luck to all for next season.

yes strange ist that way.. crap i did a misstake in fuel this race.. forgot to put in value so i had to refuel with some laps to go.. but was way after anyway..

i did misteake in race 6 and dont change tire on wet.
Starting on wet was very good.
Now propably we have some race with sun only.

Better racing conditions than 51 degrees in the rain. That was testing earlier this season.

Renato very close, that pink car was going too fast.
I was left without brakes in the end, I want to save money and it becomes difficult. Now I have to change the gearbox, it costs too much :(

ok new race-- serres...
this thing save car.. save money always biggest problem lets hope i can race a little now anyway..
