This is a GPRO-wide knockout cup open to everyone. So like the FA Cup in football. Everyone can enter from the Elite champion down to the rookie in his first race.
All you have to do is enter and then follow your progress. Simple! It will run in 17 rounds over the course of the season - but to ensure 100 risk Rookies don't steal the whole thing, the higher the division you're in the later in the competition you will enter.
In each tie the manager who finishes in the highest position in their race advances. As the ties will be over 1 race only (besides the QF and SF rounds, which will take place over 2 legs) in the event of a draw we will have an exciting penalty shootout.
Penalty Round 1 = positive race progress, penalty scored, equal or negative, penalty missed
Penalty Round 2 = .xxx value from race time (e.g 1h38:45.897 beats 1h37:33.223); .500 or over, penalty scored, .499 or under, penalty missed
Penalty Round 3 = .xxx value from best lap; .500 or over, penalty scored, .499 or under, penalty missed
Penalty Round 4 = .xx from average speed; .50 or over, penalty scored, .49 or under, penalty missed
Penalty Round 5 = .xxx from best pit; .500 or over, penalty scored, .499 or under, penalty missed
Sudden death = Season points, then season pole positions, then season fastest laps, then best finish so far in the season

(if the group structure will modify in the next season, I'll modify the the schedule, the automatic join structure)

Of course, if anybody from Pro or above has enough confidence to join the game in the early stages, feel free!

Very important!
1) Anybody can join the game, but if you think you will be in the top 1 (A), top 3 (P), top 18 (M), top 38 (E) when the automatic join happens, you don't need to join now. However it's possible that you will miss this season. Nice, eh? :D
2) You can still join the game, even if you promote/relegate after the reset; I will update your group when the season starts!
