Eurovision=freakshow Sorry but it was once a song contest and I liked to see it... but now it's way to much BS and very little to do with songs... Not going to watch it... Just saw commercial yesterday... I thought it was finished already actually :P
Yeah I thought that Duncan from the Netherlands's song was pretty good, not the best by some stretch, but deserved the win. My favourite was probably Denmark, nice song, pretty girl. It's a shame we have the juries otherwise it would have won since it got the most points from the televote.
But seriously how the hell did we lose to Germany, who were off key, and San Marino, which was awful? Someone needs to revoke the BBC's EBU membership, we should be able to send better stuff than this. Staging always lets us down every year. Aside from that, the songs and the hosts were sub-par even by Eurovision standards, and why did the interval have to be almost an hour long? Madonna has been past her best for some time now, her performance was just shockingly bad, not to mention she has no personality, talks like a robot.
Oh Iceland... I think you might be what this contest will be remembered for. Not for all the right reasons, but still. (Can't really say what those reasons are on here, but to give you a hint, Israel were hosting)

Not sure he deserved it but it was the UK entry.
Also not sure why Australia are competing as I thought it was Euro vision .... but hey what do I know
Like I said, the BBC is conning us into thinking they're making an effort. Maybe if he'd put on a few more pounds and wore a frock he might have done well, i.e. as France did with their act.
But seriously, he was by far the most down to earth performance, and he really didn't deserve last.
3, maybe 4 songs deserved to win this year, but the winner can be only one. In my opinion it was the worst contest in this decade. Only 5-6 good songs (and I mean good, not very good).

Yeah. Actually, I was disappointed that she didn't get to the final. Kinda very pleasant radio song. Maybe because there was no "nanana" in chorus, if you know what I mean ;)
