My driver has OA 116 I have just passed in Amateur and my driver has 2 more race for me. Can I offer him new contract or I have to make his oa below 110 ?

You will promote to Ama and keep your driver, but if you wish to extend his contract you will need to get his OA down to 110 or less.

You can go with your driver to Amateur, but you´ll not be able to extend is contract if he´s not with less OA than 110, limit for Amateur

Wrong. You keep your driver, you just cannot extend the contract.
