The real answer is I want to offer my driver a contract extension after this race, meaning I need an awful first quali and race so that he doesn't get a motivation boost, and go over 160 OA...

Well I don't suppose I can complain about that with the 39th level car and 39th in cash standings for the group.

Weel Joe, I think it all depends on your strategy, what tyres are you on? And how motivated is your driver? Offcourse, you don't have to tell me! :)
I got 3 podiums with a 34th car of the group, so it's all relative! :)

Hej mates :) one more season in this strong master group.. if it still will be strongest we'll see, but last like 3 seasons it was hardest place to competite on master :)
finally I got my facilities ready, maybe not that much i planned to see after missing 4 races at the end of last season :( but I hope it will help me survive on this hell group :)

I think that he knows very well the track....we don´t have Estoril this season so, we had to win in the track of "nuetros hernanos".
