Would it be possible to allow your team mates to view your drivers stats/skills? It could be a check box that each member could have the choice of. Might help for information sharing between the team. I know it can be done externally, but just thinking it might be a nice upgrade.
Thought/comments?

Why no? If you are on their team, you should be able to share the info if you choose. Doing it external to the site requires updating after every race/training.
You said it though, it's up to team mates to share it, so it could be a yes.

i agree it must be within that a teammate like to share it or not
we have seen groups with 5 teammates batteling
and then you have to be really friendly if you gonna give all information to your competiton teammate

Seems like a great idea. If you have a check box, there's no reason why this can't be implemented.

there is a little known piece of computer software called microsoft word. and you can also press print screen and paste it in paint.

Well, if you end up leaving a team because you made a bad choice, and have shared your information, then I guess you made multiple bad choices. Shouldn't hinder everyone elses ability to share information as desired.
Thanks for the support, just think it might be a neat feature.
Or it could even be "allow XXX to view my driver", but that would probably be harder.

Not against a checkbox/option to each manager. It was in my original post too. I think it's a good idea for it to be a choice. I'm not too worried about my team mates seeing what I have, but then again, I don't have much of a driver!

Why not to let teamies see the past setups, race annalysis, practice, staff stats and so on also then? >:)

it might be because i'm in a team where sharing data happens all the time anyway, but i just fail to see what this option would add that cannot be done already in other (and pretty simple, if you ask me) ways. however, i suppose if it was implemented it couldn't hurt either..

I'd quite like this. There's a rookie in my team who I've been trying to give driver training and signing advice and so on as he's had about 3 drivers already this season and it's annoying him having to c&p everything after every minute change to the stats.

I typed this in and this result came up and i would like to bump this suggestion. why cant we see our teammates driver stats? i think we should be able to. as we are all in the same team we want to help each other out and if we can see how good our drivers are then we can help out our teammates and tell them how they should train their driver to make them better

Yes Jordan I agree, we should be able to see stuff like that as well. The reason we are in teams is to have other managers we can share stuff with, but at the moment all the teams seem to be is somewhere with 10 managers that write on a forum and have a livery

Well i guess thats what team forums are for, for team members to post data they want to share, i mean you don't have to know absolutely EVERYTHING about the managers stats.
But the whole driver & technical director stat tickbox is a good idea tbh...
You can really tell who is dedicated to GPRO is if they post their data to the team, if they don't, they are not a team player

Speak for yourself rather than every other team about this subject. If a team can happily function without wanting or needing to know each other's driver stats, then let them! I'd find it quite odd if a team wasn't open with each other about their drivers, but let them do it at their own leisure and preference.
What's hard about 'telling' someone your driver stats? :) Copy and paste is also a brilliant and innovative feature! :D

Plus your external forum is a great place to complain about your driver being nothing but a pile of useless RKA space junk (well not my current driver, but my last one).
