seeing how this cup was organized, the idea of making the 100 years of world cup being organized by Argentina and Uruguay, seems really far away to be honest
a lot of things should change in order to proceed with this concept :\

AFA gave only 5800 tickets to Uruguay... that's less than 10% of the capacity
it's shameful really... but I wouldn't be shocked if that final is not on full capacity
