I assume you mean his OA, in which case there are a few ways. Motivation is the easiest skill to drop and can be done with bad results or by going -15mil negative in cash.
Beyond that a couple of training sessions of certain types will reduce the OA as it increases some skills but reduces others.
As an aside, why would you want to with your current driver, his OA is 77 and the max for Rookie is 85.

I recommend paint. Take a screen shoot of your driver skills, save it as a jpg file and open in Paint. From than you can easily change the skills of your driver.
From the other hand, if you want to change is within the game, the answer is FOBY. :)
There is a mentor program within the game, so don't despair yet, just look in proper part of the forum.

As you are new I suggest you hire a driver with less overall points so you have time to train him and learn about the different stats.

Welcome to the game, Kristaps.
If you press the "quote" button on a post, it will quote all the text. Or you can select and press "quote" to quote only certain text. It makes posts easier to read than copying and pasting :)
As suggested, there is the mentor program - /gb/forum/ViewForum.asp?ForumId=24 - to help learn the basics and there is a massive amount of information out there in the rules, wiki, newbie guide and by searching the forum.
Good luck, and enjoy.

is it possible to get a normal answer? not a joke one?
there is an easy question
"how to reduce the strength of the driver?" and here are only funny answers...so I guess "no normal way" but the rules etc says "it is possible",but not how cause "you have to find out" I tried many ways...now my driver is at 91... So give a answer...I dont want a mentor for a simple question...

Quote ( Dirk Langen @ April 16th 2014,17:34:05 ) is it possible to get a normal answer? How is the first answer not adequate?
E- We aren't allowed to tell you any more than the wiki can in the forum (hence the brilliance of the mentor program), and this is what the wiki says:
How do I reduce my driver's OA? You have many options available to you.
One extreme way to achieve this is by going -$15mil to completely wipe his motivation. This is a quick and effective way to reduce driver OA - but please don't ignore the disadvantages of such a manoeuvre. Going negative has many downfalls, and should be fully considered before doing this. In the majority of cases you may be better advised to simply let your existing driver leave, keep your money, and sign a replacement after your current contract expires.
Other options to drop driver OA might include sandbagging to achieve bad results, or possibly certain training options. http://wiki.gpro.net/index.php?title=Driver_Contract
I'm sure you'll have many more unanswerable questions in the future, so I'd really suggest getting a mentor. They can be there for the "just in case" times.

i don't see why you don't want to get a mentor, you may not need a mentor for this question, but if you would get an easy answer for this question on the forum, you would keep asking things on here, while most questions aren't answered on the forums and most people will say FOBY.
i would suggest you go to the forum Kevin has pointed out, so that whenever you have a question you don't have to go to the forum and get an answer like most people get on here, which they don't like most of the time

Certain trainings lower certain skills, race results can downgrade some skills and at the end of the season there are also some changes...
Edit: Didnt remember the 15M negative balance but also suits... I'm not used to have low money ;)

Ah, so if i stay below 15 Mio till end next race then it will drop ? .. Do I also have to drive in this race? Cause i will not have any risks that i will drop above 15 Mio with Race-Income and maybe season Money etc. ?
|
|
|
You cant drop over -15m with a rookie race income with that balance you have, you can race and doesnt matter if you get first or not :)
Quote ( Dominik Henze @ May 6th 2016,15:36:59 ) maybe season Money etc. ?
Just race-income and sponsors etc. like all the other races :)
E: At least from what i know, someone please correct me if i'm wrong

Quote ( Dominik Henze @ May 6th 2016,15:36:59 ) Ah, so if i stay below 15 Mio till end next race then it will drop ? It will drop before the race (after qualifying is closed), it might even go up during the post race update but will also drop again if you are still below -15m once the post race update is completed.

If all else fails, just sign your driver up to the forums and his charisma will instantly be 0. Some report his aggression could go up though.
