Race 24: ZACHARY GP
Zach is my 7 year old son (age 5 in the photo) who has Marfan syndrome and the reason I created this theme. He was diagnosed when he was 6 months old as a result of the dislocation of his lenses in his eyes. 7 years & 12 operations later, he has lost sight one eye and has poor vision in his other eye, however he is a resilient boy and is one of the most happy kids you'll ever meet.
Despite his poor vision and his struggles with hyper-mobility (mentioned earlier), he excels at school and (surprisingly) is a phenomenal reader even though it requires a lot of energy to be able to do so!
