You guys are so impatient. Every time the season ends this topic gets hid hard. In the last 24 hours we have had 126 posts. From past experiences reset should be within the hour :)
My only concern is I thought Vladimir Alexandrov had to be online and currently he is not :(

Reported to be early to wait for the advertised site maintenance without receiving any consideration , organize a peaceful protest where shouting in favor of their right to know about the maintenance . They also spoke of the contempt that some were treated : '' Not got coffee! ,'' says one of the journalists who were present .
But most exalted group left for vandalism and decided to break the seat where they awaited news . There were chairs flying , pouring drinks , desperate people , crazy , careless with what happened . An unfortunate situation . After many unpleasant situations , the situation was controlled by equpe support GPRO , led by Mr.Shadow soon tried to expel the '' two-faced '' there and try to rearrange all the time of the presentation of the season 39 . '' Even with what happened everything will be reorganized for greater comfort of journalists , with the right to run cups and cookies served courtesy of the house ,'' said Vladimir Alexandrov , president and organizer of the event , along with Steffan , who was silent the corner counting the losses .
In the end everything turned out well , or not so , taking into consideration that the wait for the reset continues...

I don't know why management can't give an accurate time, when the reset will happen. They say the 9th November but I'm sure they can be a bit accurate as to what hour. If not what hour then what 4 hour period? 24 hours is a very big window???
