Season Summary

Season 31 Joined late in the season
Season 32 Joined Great British Racers. Almost promoted but didn't manage money well.
Season 33 Almost promoted but had a poor driver choice.
Season 34 Trained a decent driver and picked up points and wins which led to promotion.
Season 35 Wasted about 25m on driver changes in the first three races, got a decent but expensive driver. Survived.
Season 36 Established Virgin Racing with Mark Wilkins and Alex Blake. Wasted the decent driver I had by not training him correctly, did find time to test a wet/dry conversion.
Season 37 Hired a young driver, the attributes of this driver were different to my usual drivers, I now know not to get a driver with these stats.
Season 38 Hired a driver with low OA building up her stats well for Season 39.
Season 39 Continued to develop the driver, promoted sooner than hoped but hopefully I can maintain in Amateur.
Season 40 Left it late but maintained in Amateur with very little money to show for it.
Season 41 Joined Lightning Hawks with the aim of building cash and retaining, retained... just.
Season 42 Just about made my target of a top 10 finish, managed to get over $80m in the bank.
Season 43 Pick the right driver and develop for Season 44.
Season 44 Promotion push failed, three better prepared managers prevented my push, found a new driver, hoping to push in season 46, if I can wait until season 47 I will
Season 45 Built the stats of my driver and retained thanks to a couple of favourite tracks
Season 46 Build the stats of my current driver and retain, make a decision on a training/testing plan.
Season 47 Promotion season failed, three better prepared drivers so 72 points wasn't enough.
Season 48 Build the stats of my new driver.
Season 49 Build stats of driver a test,
Season 50 Prepare driver for promotion push
