As its my decision, I'm vetoing Edinburgh.

We can always have two meetings. We need to go to another Eastern European country.

There are many karting tracks in Helsinki and many more activities available.
One example for the track:

And I found a company that hosts almost anything nearby Helsinki:

Why not Easter Islands?
because Marcelo Michelini and I would be the only ones going (and I don't think there's a karting track either)

I really had no time to arrange the meeting in Istanbul this year but I can easily say that I will be ready for the organisation in 2012 if the admins agree with Istanbul.

I will be waiting:)

I propose Athens.

There are a lot of kart tracks and paintball areas so it will have fun

The traver from Athens to your hometown is extremely cheap. You can buy a fly ticket from Athens to any european city for only 60 euros.

Summer in Greece is awesome because there are many beautiful beaches.Although Athens has no beach(clean i mean)you can go with a ship to an island near Athens. The ticket will cost only some euros like 20

There is a big kart event in a city near athens(only 2 hours ride if you go there by car)so if you have a racing licence you can have fun there too.

Of course i know the language since i am greek and i would be able to help if you decide to go there.

You can taste greek traditional food and many other countries food since there are a lot of traditional restaurants.

Not only food but greek drinks too! :)

While you are coming you can visit Instabul too and watch the F1 gran prix or when you are leaving Greece
