He does need replacing as soon as possible. He's been nothing short of an embarrassment for Ferrari since his injury. I mean, fair enough, give the guy a break after his crash; he certainly deserved some time to get back in the groove. But 3 seasons? Really?

Yes he was never the same after that. But it is unquestionable that the biggest blow was the Alonso fiasco. In my view I think he was still hoping and fighting to raise his game back to where it was, but being relegated to 2nd driver in such a way, specially not too long after he almost won the tittle. IMO he thought he was a championship winning driver(as far as talent goes he has won his fair share of races etc), even if he didn't win the championship, that should put him in a decent standing position against Alonso. But after that I think he saw his F1 championship dream be destroyed, he knows Rubens, so he should know that when Ferrari picks a number 1 and 2 driver...

In other words, after the Alonso fiasco he has been trying to deal with this, and living in denial is hard. He denied earlier in the season that was under pressure(lol) he probably denies that with Alonso there he will never have a chance to be champion again, and that is what you get a person and a driver that is nowhere near as good as he used to be.

It realy is all psychological imo.

And I think he will stay at ferrari for at least untill the mid season, probably untill the end of this season but no longer.

lol Maldonado wins a race and everybody jumps on the bandwagon.
I would much prefer seeing Kobayashi on a high budget team like Ferrari, as he has proven himself time and time again unlike other one hit wonders.

It is not as if you can be anything but a one hit wonder when you are driving POS cars like Williams and Sauber...

Even Vettel is a one hit wonder from Toro Rosso...

Probably Perez, as the poll says too, but I would like to see a rookie in Ferrari, and I´m talking about Bianchi or Valsecchi. I think it would be good for Ferrari having a rookie driver, IMO they need some young blood in the team...

First of all in the last years Massa haden't a competitve car. We have all seen what he did in 2008 where he almos won the championship. I think that it was not his fault he lost it but it was the team fault because they made lots of mistakes( Singapore for ex.).
He just needed a single point.
On the other hand he never had the support from his team. He was always considered as a second driver.
Briatore orderd in 2009 Pique to crash his car only that Alonso could get one point.
Ferrari team told Massa on Nurbundring that he was slower than Alonso.
In this season Massa clearly hasen't a good car.
I think that we should see him and judge him after seeing hin on a competitve car

Nobody is thinking about who WANTS to be a 2nd driver to Alonso. Sure racing in a Ferrari could be a dream, but whoever takes the wheel will be a 2nd driver.

Well on polish news they wanted ROBERT KUBICA to replace Massa for Ferrari but Kubica is still in the hospital but if he comes back okay then Kubica might replace Massa because Massa is done for he's 17 in the championship right now with only 2 points just like M.Schumacher.

I think it'll be either Perez or Kobayashi, and Bianchi will fill that seat at Sauber. However, if things stay like this, they may be better off in the Sauber, it's arguably a better car than the Ferrari. If they did move mid-season it'd be a money deal.

force india didn't want him so i can't see why Ferrari would his only option IMO is Marussia

well thats not a shock as he is polish ! but sadly i don't think we will see Robert in a f1 car again which is a sham cause he clearly had the skills to win a WC

THis is the thing even will massa it may not be dose ferrari want to keep him but dose he want to stay at Ferrari
Ferrari need someone whos joins them knowing that they will be the 2nd driver this way it will not kill off all there motavation like it clearly has with Massa which i guess is why theres a few links with mark right now
Valsechi may not be a bad idea but i can't see that happen unless he get a seat somewere eles for a year first

Implying hat Sauber still has to take on whatever driver Ferrari is throwing at them?:P

Not doing that anymore since the Larini/Morbidelli/Fontana drama in '97, it's just a waste of time, the second car was a seat-to-hire back then. Good think Peter Sauber is looking for raw diamonds.

FYI, Bianchi is currently TD at Force India...

Replacing "Kampfdackel" Glock? Even a HRT would probably go faster with Sutil...

Force India had a tough choice though...

as far as i know about sutil he lost his sponsors after he was chrage with GBH of couse i maybe worng as things like sponsors are not talked about that much

"We are not offering money," said Sutil. "After five years, people know that I'm good and I don't need to bring sponsors.
