yes only one supplier, but still 4 compounds available. Try something else than extrasoft

IF the pit stops are for worn tires then try using lower CT risks or as pointed out try a harder compound i.e. x-soft -> Soft

Quicker pit-stops will come with training and experience. Staff training, in my opinion, is not necessary until you are in Amateur. Call on me then.... :)
