Calin I missed out the word driver skills. Without motivation they are pretty ordinary

As I said quite ordinary. High risks to build up motivation which then give you the edge over the competition.

But on comparing ur pre-season and post season stats I guess you didnt train your driver at all :D

Yes Varun I did not train him , because I knew I will lose him and know is competitive enough to promote with him
