Sometime ago i invite my friend to play GPRO...
Recently i met him and he told me he joined this game but never did any race. he said he never play this game because it appears so old school and he hate it.
So i open my GPRO and asked him which GPRO appearance is bad looking a.k.a ugly.. and then after saw my GPRO, he said "why your GPRO is different? mine was ugly!"
And then i realized his GPRO was appear in old design style office and as a new player he didnt know he can easily change it in account setting ;O)
So, my suggestion is GPRO should apply new style office design for new player because it is better.. i guess :)

Everytime I switch to the new office I spend 5 minutes looking for the 'Update profile' button to switch back. It's not there. It's as if it wants to trap you :O

For established players that may be true (preferring old style) but I actually thought new players automatically got the new layout.
Anyway, I say switch to the new style for a couple of weeks and give it a go, I can never find anything in the old style now :(

*gives Eric a warning for quote-editing Gordon's post* :P
In case you are wondering, no, I wasn't serious about the warning.
I actually do prefer the new style, it's easier to find things with this one. But to each with their own preferences, I suppose. :)

I have just changed to the new style and to be honest I don't know why I never changed it before.

Speaking as a new player I do like the older office style better..... I have ha it on the new one for a few races but things on old style to me seem enter laid out and easier to find.

Style maybe not the first thing you think about as a new manager, but rather you'll prabably want to play the game. But surely you are affected by it. So pointing the choice between the styles out in a clear way would be good, because if you get informed of it somewhere in a text it will probably be cluttered by all game play info (which is likely to be the thing a newcomer tries to digest first). It took me some time to find the option, but now I use the new one. Maybe an automated PM, some sort of announcement or a pop-up (could be blocked though...)

Well - the new office is ugly IMO - the old one RULEZ!

New style is beautiful and you can customize it as you like, so finally it's more usable and comfortable.

So Today I only just found out about this new office style.... How did I miss the update for this!?
Not sure of what I think of it at the mo, will try it for a couple of weeks though an see how it goes, but so far I'm still on the side of old style

the best thing about new style is that you can actually see the helmet which makes your driver do horrible things inside the car :P

I'm using the new style in English.
But sometimes I switch to Hungarian to check out the translations. Unfortunately the new style in Hungarian is broken. The 'Certification: Take test' is translated to a long string in Hungarian and it results in a very bad layout.
So before you turn this on as default you should check all the translations I guess.
Note I'm for changing the default to the new style, but it should be done properly :)

How can you say that this old one is ugly ? Pft.

Big fan of the new layout.
I'm a recently joined player and I actually got used to the game on the default (old) style, and so found it a little strange when I decided to see what the new style was all about. Once I'd got used to where everything is, though, I much prefer it, and can't believe I didn't change sooner.
I do think drivers should have different helmets though. I know it's only an 'icon' for your driver, but I was a little disappointed when my brother came to visit and I saw that he had the same helment. :D

I'm on my second season. does it count as a new player? I like the modern one because its beautiful and i like the helmet too :D

I maybe would even like the new style, but there I can only see 12 latest forum topics, while with old style I see 19.
Yep, this actually may be the only reason I use the old one :D

I tried both, and to be honest, the new one is much more better, and it´s easier to find out things and you can customize where you want each panel.
The old one is quite confusing, especially for the new players, I´ve seen some menteed who asked for finding things and when they knew they can change for the new one they ALL said why not to use it instead of the other one as default.

Im using the new one, more intuitive imo. The customizing is also a plus!
