Should one of the features available to supporters be that they will not experience start crashes or randoms?
As everyone knows it is hugely frustrating, and part of the game, however i would like to think that after paying my money each season that i will actually to race each race!

no. just no.
that would ruin part of the game. start crashes and randoms are there because they are RANDOM like in real motor racing. paying more doesn't stop them

what a rubbish idea. One of the main points of the game is that you don't have to pay to play.

I try to be positive, play devils advocate and try and see some good in every suggestion but it is so, so obvious something like this would be cancer to GPRO. It would ruin the game and kill it stone dead. I mean surely everyone can see that.

Start crashes and parts failures are a part of motorsport. Even if they are annoying, getting rid of them would be a step closer to turning a great race management sim into a "who can do numbers the best" competition.

No!

One of the greatest things about this game is the fact that paying gives you not in-game advantage.

Too many games are ruined by greedy owners who push greater and great advantages to money payers.

This is simply in my opinion an absolutely daft idea. No no no, As already said it would kill the game. If a supporter or not it should be a level playing field.

I cant believe anyone actually voted for anything other than no. why would you want to do everyone a favour that's a supporter? I'm a supporter and i wouldn't want someone else having the same scenario as me....so why do you?

It shouldn't be (and never will be) about who contributes $$$.

Supporting is OPTIONAL and should never become a FEATURE of the game....

I like the idea. You could also become a 'Gold' supporter and be guaranteed a top 8 finish every race.

Platinum would give you podium and Vlad would have to give you a handjob at the start of every season.

That's a good reply though there is a failure on it: if 4+ players choose platinum in the same group, not all of them will come up to the podium. Unless we enlarge it :D

The most distressing and surprising thing about this pay-to-win craze (that's 'infected' probably 95% of well-run MMOs out there) is how many players actually support it. It's not something imposed on gamers by powerful companies. I've read some really zealous arguments about how brilliant and revolutionary it is, and how gamers should be so thankful cos it's saved the gaming industry from certain demise. Those that don't pay love it because they think it's the only way they get free games. Those that do pay seem to enjoy paying for advantage and the completely false sense of victory that comes with it :S

Thankfully not here and in a handful of other holdout communities :)

This game will always be treated 'sort of equally' supporters are just that 'supporting the game itself' and gain benefits given to them already outside of the races.

This idea would just spoil the game that i've enjoyed since starting in 2008

What would be the fun of knowing you will never have a start crash accident or random during any race? Kinda takes the chance and luck aspect out of the game -- Right?
