I dunno whats going on. When I open it im told I either have an active session or have been banned. It has said the same for every race which would lead me to think I have been banned. Problem is I have never even spoken in chat as Im new (4th race in now but never been able to enter chat) so dunno if im somehow opening an active session without knowing or what. Any help/suggestions would be great. Thx.

Just keep clicking on chat and it will eventually load, it's a bug which has been there for years.

yeah it does it to me sometimes just refresh the page or leave and go back into chat it should let you in.
