LIKE MANY teams we are down to 9 players.
The game is loosing players and more teams are trying for available players..
But we set our sites high..
We have 8 lock tight team members with experience from rook to master. WE promote and offer ideas on every race and support younger players joining the game..
Large team forum ,, 8 interested players , ideas and imput top of our agenda !
We are looking for long term team mates with a willingness to learn or teach .. we would move forward in the game !

We ask you to support the game and live in a Commonwealth Country !

GETTING harder to fill a team these days !
Now posting late GMT to try and attract a player from the Southern Hem !
We have 9 now.
8 is our core team, positions 9-10 have been a problem for some seasons,, peeps come and go :( Because they loose interest, no willingness to learn..
We have a core 8 (maybe 9?)
We have an extensive forum that is the "life pumping heart "of the team.
EVERYBODY posts !
We dont care what level ! We can help you ,,, but if you are pro + , live in the Commonwealth ,,, Then you could help us !
We want to learn and teach what we know.
Great top 5 or 6 teams out there at the top,,, This team has the will and ambition to climb the ladder !!

Hi
We are a friendly team and are looking for a 10th team member.
Must be in Commonwealth, happy to be active in team forum and supporter status.
Does not have to:
Have all the answers, loads of experience. be fantastic at data collection and spreadsheets, or need to write a a 5000 word essay on what unique qualities and skills you can bring to the team.
If you have these (apart from the essay) that's fantastic, but we are happy to help rookie drivers new to the game.
It is more about what we can do to help you and us develop and progress together.
We have a good history of helping new players, with a program in place for this.

Here at CRT, we have brought on Rookie players and not only kept them interested,, but kept them playing !!
The game needs players,, All this "secret society" is great for the Elite.. We are learning the secrets under the new game..

Please don't be put off from getting in contact if you are new to the game or have struggled to progress.
We've all been there at some point.
Having all the answers would be great, but a team player who gets involved is more important.
We are a friendly and supportive team.
