Sorry guys for my posts here since this is the Elite forum. I promisse that this will be my last post here until my promotion to Elite.

As I promissed long time ago :)

My first post as an Elite manager after 9 seasons in this game! :) Very happy for that and, since this probably will be my best moment during the next seasons, I take this opportunity to thank to my teammates, in particular Nuno and Fred :)

Also I want to say "Hi" to everyone in Elite, specially to Heidi and Leandro for whom I have a huge admiration!

Gentlemen start your engines! :)

Admins promised do something with sponsors :(

they can check 1 season old topic about that. it was in my suggestions. And yes, sponsors could be fixed. Like adding new sponsors..lots of them :D or increasing progress for midfield. But... I am clearly benefiting from current sponsor system and hope to stay that way...so if nothing is done, still very ok :D

And welcome newcomers ;)

Pasini retiring? weird..

Nice decision Paulo,

My opinion about Elite Forum it´s that it should be only for managers that are or were at Elite.

But i think that one day you will have more Elite posts than me:)

The most dificult part you have achive it....congratz mate!

Now you just have to "spam" Elite tread to get more posts than me...hehehe!

I really don´t know how much posts i have in Elite tread....but i guess it will not be very dificult for you :)

Edit: Congratz to all promoters, i guess this will be the easiest season for you guys?!

Nobody has a clue how much the xp change will effect speed and most of the established Elites have 250 xp either way, plus a more advanced driver, better staff and facs, elite sponsor progress, etc.

So yeah, easy peasy :-p The only change is the xp factor, until we know what that is, it will be the same as every other season, the 16 new guys all battling it out to survive.

Its impossible to tell.

Didn't see Heidi doing much "battling" last season - seemed pretty comfortable. All a question of preparation, and something tells me both Mark and Keri will be suitably prepared.

and big amount of top drivers retirment also. this should make easier season for newcomers aswell (at least for those who don't need a driver :D)

One thing is for sure....it won´t be more dificult than it was.lol
Don´t tell anyone, but didn´t reach 250 yet, and i have this driver for 5 seasons, so image how it was racing against drivers who have more than 200 exp. than mine.

Quote ( Keri Lovell @ March 13th 2012,20:43:37 )

plus a more advanced driver,

My only advantage...i guess.

Quote ( Keri Lovell @ March 13th 2012,20:43:37 )

better staff and facs

When i reach Elite for the last time i had them better than now.

Quote ( Keri Lovell @ March 13th 2012,20:43:37 )

elite sponsor progress

Once again....my actual situation is a lot worse when i came here some seasons ago, when i came here i had 3 active sponsors, now i have one.

And if i talk about car level or money...., my car has lesse 57 points than at season_24, and i have less 13M.

So...i guess we will have "fairer" races.

Actually the only thing i think is missing is:

Quote ( Justinas Smyšliajevas @ March 13th 2012,18:53:17 )

adding new sponsors..lots of them :D or increasing progress for midfield.

Maybe they will never understand. In fact, you could have everything perfect (car level, facilities, sponsors, good driver, etc), but without driver exp, no chance. We had plenty of exemples here.

Now with this change, everyone has a fair chance to join top8 season after season, you just need to be prepared. In the past, It was impossible, except if you had a monster experienced driver in your hands. So yes, S30 is a piece of cake for prepared newcomers and we can expect people relegating with points.

Its probably just bad timing but I find all this ;its the easiest season ever' stuff a bit insulting to the new guys who have worked their balls off to get here.

Anyway, not because of your comments today but because of others that I have had recently in PMs and on the forums.

Either way, we are here, and I for one quite like being here :-)

Good luck to all this season, its all a bit of fun :-)

Upcoming military service doesn't let me to have very good long term plans. My GPRO time will be very limited during that time. Also I'm going to live April and May in London, sooo it's best for me to take it easy now and go back to the Master to have some fun there! ;)
