Well I'm assuming this isn't the first time someone has done something as risky as I have done. Go -35mil. in debt at this point of the season. By now its all or nothing for me. How long do u guys think I can make level 6 parts last and any tricks? Its a gamble and it either pays off or doesn't.

Maybe they last the next 3 races, at best.

Although it's not that risky in rookie.

For rookie, I'd say it's an absurd. But feel free to experiment whatever you like :)

have some fun with it mate. You cant relegate from Rookie, and you start afresh next season. Its a great time to try out things and learn, besides its only a game, have fun with it.

Rookie is your chance to learn what-if. Milk it for everything and take notes, then reset. You'll regret not knowing in higher groups when it costs real money to figure out what would have been free in rookie.

Gamble of the century was when Rimantas went -50M in elite 2 races away from end of the season.

Just looking through Stevens posts since he joined, you guys are a disgrace. The number of down votes you've given him despite him being new, on things that no one should really care enough about... and you wonder why people don't get involved?

Agree with David's comment above, Rookie IS the time to experiment, have fun, mess up and still have fun while doing that.

Level 6 parts may not be the best idea in Rookie, but it'll at least be a valuable lesson in money management, an insightful few races in terms of what differences higher parts make, and best of it all: it'll likely be a fun ride too.

@Chris: let's not blow it up too much there bud, the downthumbs don't all mean 'lynch the latest noob', it may very well be people expressing their opinion on whether or not Steven's gamble was a good one. Not everyone will take the time to post something, and then an up/down vote is an easy and (seemingly) anonymous way to express an opinion.

Enjoy your monster car Steven!

I have no idea why this would be "Gamble Of The Century" there have been MANY rookies before you that have tried even more stupider stunts.

But hey, I'm not judging, just stating FACT.....So get to the back of the line.
