Labor Day is just around the corner in the USA, and college football has just kicked off, which means that the NFL season must be just around the corner! Now in it's 8th NFL season and 16th overall season, it's time once again for an Eliminator challenge!
So, here's the rules:
You must pick one team before each week of games that you believe will win in that upcoming week's games.
If your team wins, you continue on to make a pick the next week. If your team loses/ties or you don't pick a team, you're out. You may only pick a team once during the course of the game, so choose wisely!
Last man or woman standing wins. It's that simple.
How to join:
Post ##Join followed by your pick for Week 1.
Deadline is kickoff of your team's game for that week.
Tiebreaker
In order to make USFC Rankings simpler, there is a tiebreaker in place for people who are eliminated in the same week:
Those whose teams lose by less points will receive a higher ranking, unless your team goes to overtime, in which case you will have highest ranking of losers that week.
Example:
Team A loses by 14
Team B loses by 3 in OT
Team C loses by 1
The tie-broken ranking would be
1.) Team B
2.) Team C
3.) Team A
