For what else to invest so much time and money in trainings etc. ...... why not ??? where are even any small and nice new ideas and changes in this game.... ??? new feuatures....
a lot of talking is..... theory yes..... people only suggestin in discussin....... fine. Stay always open.....

You lost a lot of money this season ...maybe your suggestion has something with this ?
There are many ways to promote from Rookie with 70M+, when you will learn it you don't need to sell drivers.
However you are lucky, in Amateur you can do all the money you want, and you are lucky 2 times 'cause you will not need to sell drivers again.
So please, instead to call people "mind closed" (the opposite to stay always open), open your mind to learn the game, instead to ask to change the game for you.

would be nice option ...... i was writing...... and had nothing to do with my situation..... doesnt seem..... to cry..... a lot for lost money.......idea was of more options in drivermarketbusiness.....
more.....more.....more..... yes something like in footballmanagers.....something additional....
it was an idea...... open minded...... not more not less......
P.S. thank you Lorenzo.....for analyzes......maybe you have better ideas.....???
in your explained way.....is no act......to alive in the game...... but is boring. to be honest. chao bello.

As for your idea, F1 drivers are seldom bought and sold in real life, also I don't see any positive consequences if drivers could be poached from other managers

Those dots made me forget how to breathe properly. My heart rhythm is about to collapse. My pulse goes up to 180 then gets down to 20 every 5 seconds.

It can be abused by teams.
Specially when Energy has reduced some training.
One manager trains a driver and then sells it to his teammate.
Would even entice DA's.

I could've promoted with 50mil easy but i went on the car is more important strategy. Yet ill still be at 50Mil after reset lmao
But I'm a fan of this idea, you do see mid-season transfers with money of drivers in some sports, especially nascar and indycar

Even though I am not so sure that this is a good idea, I think what Nenad is trying to say is; If and when you want to terminate your drivers contract early, instead of having to pay early termination penalties, you could potentially post your driver on another driver market page (like a trading block) and see if other managers are interested in taking over his current contract. This would avoid having to pay the penalty for early termination.
I may be wrong, but this is the only way I could see this suggestion working at this time.

Kevin, understanding one's intentions is one thing, and making fun of this game is another. Nenad is making a fun in my opinion. It's unnormal selling drivers in F1. Drivers are buying seats.

Rafal, Stroll is the only driver who's dad bought him a seat in F1. And if I am not mistaking, Carlos Sainz was on loan to Renault last season from Red Bull? So I don't understand where this is coming from?
And maybe there is a language/translation issue here? I try not to read emotions on this forum. Instead i try to understand content and avoid conflict and enjoy this game.

I don't need to have any idea about it. I am happy to play the game with actual driver market.
But I have an advice for you (you can thanks to me later) : next holiday you have to go absolutely to Sithonia-Chalkidiki, you can find there your future best friend (probably your soulmate). He can help you to change Dots with exclamation marks and you'll give your best on Forum.
Then you can spend all your time to invent new ways to change GPRO instead to understand how to play it.

Unless you consider them slaves.
There is enough problems with that happening in Soccer.
