Hello all. loving the game. please could someone tell me why my car pits too many times.. what am i doing wrong ? previous race i pitted 5 times when some only pitted twice??

suggestions would be appreciated

Most likely you are short on fuel loaded ... The initial fuel taken on board is set upon completing Q1. For additional stints add desired fuel loads to the Race setup screen ...

Go to race analysis page ( /gb/RaceAnalysis.asp ) to see the reason of pitting.

You may have run out of fuel (easy fix) or you ran out of tyres which may mean that you used too soft tyres or used too high risks.

Looking at your race, it seems like you used the Extra Soft tire in a very hot race, which usually isn't a good idea, on top of that you may also have been using too high risks. There's several factors that contribute to your tires being worn too quickly, but in this case you were simply using a too soft compound.
