Starting new topic to Rookie - 20

Welcome to Season 5.

Moved on old season 4 topic :

New season is starting soon. Last season i learned so much more than other seasons so far. I get points and learn lot of car setups. Now collecting data and see how i can use that info to get better positions. Most importing thing is how to use money and steps to update car perfect.

Good luck to all managers on Rookie - 20. Let the seoson start and have fun everyone.

Good luck guys to everyone. Hope this is a little more competitive than the blowout of last season, unless of course it's me up top!

Nice start to season for me, starting grid position 19. and finished on 10. so i'm happy. Now looking next race position on top 5. Qualification not finished so i think some drivers can beat me but i trust my driver skills.

Congratulations Kaj for victory first race. Chad made hard work for victory but loses on little marginal.

Kari Lampinen has technical problems and lost advance from Q session, congratulation on pole position to Kari.

Good luck to next race and we can see if someone beat Kaj and Chad.

Totally agree with you, except for the order thing. It was just perfect.

I got really lucky on fuel calculation this time ending the race with only 1 liter of fuel left.
I'm really exited about the next race now, best of luck to all.

I did the same. I was very happy with my calculations.

I missed something on R2 quals, so we'll see where I end up on this one. Need to run my numbers again today and see if I can fix some settings.

I hope that rain will start, looking overall Q and see i dropped too far behind. I change totally my tactics to this race, so wee see what happens during race. Looking position on top 5 on finish flag.

I try to beat Chad on this race Q time is so close so it can be possible. Calum hit good time on Q so it's hard to beat, if tactic is correct and working whole race.

My driver brain farted the first Q lap by about 3.6 seconds from practice. Frustrating, but we'll see. He usually does better in the races. Tried something different for this race to see if it would help. Looks like I might be going back to R1 strategy here on as it seemed to work well.

Good race guys. Looks like all of us were all over the place!
Never knew you could pit 6 times in a race and still end up 8th! Good run.
Guess I got my setting right. I was closing back in towards the end, just didn't have enough time. If only my pit crew wouldn't hold me up....

From first to last for me, well I guess that is inevitable with 11 pitstops!
Maybe 11 pitstops is a group record atleast? :)

Is that 11 pitstop tactic new record? Technical problems can do this, i remember one race where my driver take 8 pitstop, that was first and last low fuel tactic, and car broken 5 laps before race end.

Heh, looking Q standings and found my car and driver on position 20. minus -20 sek behind pole time. First Q goes little bit better but Q2 goes totally bad. But we see how race start and if rain not appear that can change everything.

I start with dry tires and this cost me a many secs. No panic, fuel calculation goes right and i must be happy on that.

First time I see accident on start, never before see that.

Congratulations to Zoltan!
