I think everyone is waiting for Claire to sell it. And maybe that will save the team. Robert Kubica is the less of Williams problems.

Well.... better decision making by management and kubica would never have been in the car in the first place. Management decision making is the problem. Kubica is just one result of it.

Feel for Russell, got to be bad on the psychi to be in such a poor car.

I'm not sure it's bad management, it may be a matter of take his money or bust.

If they can't make it on a larger budget than tori rossi, haas and racing point.... then they have some bad management.

Larger budget? Toro Rosso is owned by Red Bull. Force India went bankrupt and was subsequently acquired by a billionaire. The comparison to Haas might stand up, but Haas is not a real constructor and they're currently not doing much better than Williams anyway.

Further: when is f1 going to dump williams

lol,, I'm thinking you chaps have little perspective of British F1 teams to say such things.

Consider: f1 gives William's 10mil a year bonus just for being williams.... that's nearly as much as rich energy gives haas

Haas are great to have on the grid! but for an F1 team that mail orders their entire car(feel free to correct me) and as of yet has done very little... Haas are a long way from any kind off F1 pay out, and with their method would/should they even be considered? cheap plastic yanks :P

Kubica is a class act, Hamilton, Alonso & Vettel all acknowledged it,, safe to fire some easy shot's at the guy in last driving a shitbox:/ of course Russell will outperform him in such a car,,, if that Williams was on rails and wasn't all over the shop exposing his lack of an arm in every corner??... Williams have closed the gap since early season,, just a shame they have to move onto next seasons car already.. So we probably wont see Robert race properly, fingers crossed he gets some competitive races yet.

hmm maybe, but if that was the case surely there are better(more money) pay drivers around?
Kubica is off Russells pace in the current car sure, but he brings much more to Williams than just driving. I think Williams have more than a few seasons left, but sure they do need some positive results soon.
