Quote ( Sébastien Boulanger @ September 3rd 2022,01:31:51 ) Others seems easy, but we are never sure ! Belgium + Serbia + France + Australia
Probably 1/4th finals (for me): Belgium - Brazil Serbia - France Portugal - Turkey Poland - Australia
Probably you are right. Will be difficult match against you: Serbia - France !!!
Poland is favourite for win this season.
But we have a few Master managers with extraordinary results, so everything is possible.
p.s there was no rainy race so we still don't know who has rain man in their squad.

Okay, Team @Kai Wen Chew (M3) won by 0.3 points in deciding race. Unfortunately, our main scorer from South Korea hadn't been racing since R3.
Congratulations to Singapore for making it into next round! :)

Thank you Farkhad, though we are probably gonna lose in the next round to Serbia :P

Quote ( Jonathan Beagles @ September 3rd 2022,01:10:08 ) So I make it:
Belgium (1) 3-0 [bye] Uruguay 3-0 China Mexico 0-3 Brazil Spain (8) 3-0 Nicaragua
Serbia (5) 2-1 United States Singapore 2-1 Kazakhstan Latvia 0-3 France Romania (4) 3-0 [bye]
Portugal (3) 3-0 [bye] Malaysia 0-3 Argentina Turkey 2-1 Philippines Slovakia (6) 3-0 Nigeria
Lithuania (7) 1-2 Poland Greece 1-2 England Banglagesh 1-2 Venezuela Australia (2) 3-0 [bye]
Unlucky to Greece - I thought they might have pipped us, a double Master win thanks to Lee Harding and Mike Bennett was thankfully enough to see us through!
Then now its's
Belgium - Uruguay Brazil - Spain
Serbia - Singapore France - Romania
Portugal - Argentina Turkey - Slovakia
Poland - England Venezuela - Australia

did South Africa not qualify for world cup I would have made a difference
@Redewaan Williams (R93) South Africa has no captain... If you are interested for next season, there will be elections in a few races

the 16 Table is Wrong.- ...Greece on 13 place is out. And a feu others Countries. USA is out. Completely Wrong even matter the R5 or R6 we are on 16th list
Fix it Please.

Huh? The League and the Cup are 2 different things. You stay in the League even if you are knocked out of the Cup...
@Ioannis Kalogirou (P8)
The table is wrong because not reflecting the round of 32 in wich you are eliminated by England ;(
Same for USA and Lituania eliminated by Serbia and Poland
The League Table always includes eliminated countries...? :S
I'm guessing Ioannis missed the additional round of 32, as it was only announced here and not on the World Cup site.

good evening. I didn't receive any messages. the rules say that from round 5 there is a draw. I just saw that I was losing 1-0 to Argentina and I didn't even know it was our opponent.
Greece, USA and Lithuania are out, why?
All the team captains have received a notification on GPRO to alert them about the change of format before the start of Race 1. For the results of the first knock-out round please see Jonathan's post (#268).
The GPRO World Cup consists of a league phase followed by a knockout phase. In the league phase (Race 1 to Race 5), National Teams' points from all races are added together to form a ranking. The top 16 countries from the league stage will enter the knockout stage, which follows the same format as the official GPRO cups. Each round lasts three runs; the country that outperforms its opponent in at least two of the three races will advance to the next round. The winner of the final will be crowned GPRO World Champions. The top 8 countries of the league stage will be seeded. Countries that finish 9th to 16th will be randomly drawn for the knockout stage.

I have all the respect for your work, but here and forum. They should have changed the rules in the game itself. World Cup.

The changes are announced before R1, Patrick Urlings have send a PM normaly to everyone he couldn't Tag here...
This is why i don't understand Paulo & Ioanis
For you, @Paulo Varela (R70) this changes nothing, you have no battle round before (top 4) And now Argentina is your opponent.
For @Ioannis Kalogirou (P8) you have been cited before, then you don't have read the messages and changes, you juste look at it after R5...
Quote ( Patrick Urlings @ August 25th 2022,09:04:07 ) Thanks Jasper

I made a PM to the people I couldn't tag correctly to let them know that the drawing took place here... This way everyone is informed and the competition will be even better. To those who can't be tagged correctly, don't hesitate to put an answer in the subject so that we can tag you correctly next time
