It's in 5.6 of the rules btw but here's the basic of it

Elite: $1.000.000 per stage
Master: $900.000 per stage
Pro: $800.000 per stage
Amateur: $700.000 per stage
Rookie: $600.000 per stage

You get a monetary bonus for every round you progress, the amount differs depending on group level (i.e Rookie the lowest elite highest).

the rules /gb/GPRORules.asp#1-overview will explain it all, may I suggest you read them and all the bits under the 'Help' button at the top.
