guy has raced 32 races yet only 31 on history, why?

The very first race in season 8 isn't counted. Maybe because of resetting the account?

That still does not answer why? There should be no possible reason why a race is not recorded in your history, it happened regardless of any other circumstances, therefore it must be a bug as surely it is not intentional!

I don't think there is a bug, those answers can't be surprising based on your driver's and TD Stats

Those are just comments that you get if you are pretty far off (lap 2) and VERY far off (lap 1). You just crossed the line between those two comments by lowering the setting by 24 points, but you will have to go much lower in order to satisfy your driver.

Is this the first time you try to set up your car by yourself? :P

Reading my answer and the question I just noticed that I fell in the same mistake he did.

It can be confusing because one mentions lower and the other high, but both comments mean that his value is higher than needed.

What Eduardo said above.

Lap 1 the gearbox is excessively high
Lap 2 the gearbox is closer but still too high

Next driver feedback would be
"I cannot take advantage of the power of the engine. Put the gear ratio a bit lower"
and then with a further reduction he would report that he is happy.

My point is that after lap 1 driver comment tell me to lower gear ratio, when I put gear ration 24 lower he then comment that it is too high. Shouldn't the driver comment be that its either still too low or that he is satisfied with the setup?

Both driver comments suggest you should lower the gear ratios, but "Please put a lot lower ratio between the gears" is a bit clunky and could be rewritten.

"clunky" ...suggestions please for an alternative "word" and no swearing please :)

Personally I do agree with you Brad ....a lot could be rewritten :)

But what I believe is that this game should be considered in a similar way to a puzzle :)

A puzzle you say, wtf Mike !

Consider this game as a puzzle that has to be solved, if it was easy then once you had solved it , you would just pack it away and never play with again.....maybe come back just for the criac :)

There are blind alleys, miss direction, it is a sequential puzzle and a great one as well, you have to find the correct order of things to beat the puzzle, just like a physical puzzle you have to try different tactics /strategies to find out what works and what does not, that is the fun of the puzzle " game " :)

There are clues, and there are ways to achieve certain levels but then you hit a blind alley .

This makes you go back and try another route, this is a great puzzle game and it is hard , I will give it a 9.9/10 .

Example of what I am attempting to explain ..

The Elite thread recently started performing the bug where the first post on every new page is invisible when it's the last post in the thread, and the new page only appears at all when the second post on that page is made. In the past it's happened in other threads, maybe only very long ones? I also have a vague memory it was fixable with some database maintenance.

Changing 'Amount of topics/posts per page' in preferences can help but apparently only if it moves the invisible post away from a page boundary. So now with Christos's post being the 33630th post a settings of 15 or 30 posts per page makes it invisible, but it appears with 50 per page. But 30 posts back Edwin's post wasn't visible with the preference on 15, 30, or 50, presumably because 33600 posts divides by all three so it always ends up being on a new page.

While in Holiday mode I can vote in the poll from the other managers account. Basically I can vote twice. Once for my own account, and once for the 'holiday'-account.

(and ironically I got "You cannot post in the forum while managing the account of another manager" when I wanted to report the bug from the holiday-account ;) )

I sent a team mail Wednesday and I would like to quote my own message to send it again to someone who hasn't reacted yet.

So I go to Sent Messages, I open my message and click 'Copy whole conversation'. It copies my message 8 times because it has been sent to 8 team members.

The newly added votes per class stats on the Active Polls page are misleading because the percentages seem to refer to the total population in that class, including managers who did not vote.

The currently winning option has 52% of the vote and yet the per-class stats indicate a minority in all five classes.

Very minor bug - drivers market:

191-200 OA section - there are no drivers in it to buy tonight.

The orange text however says that no drivers are available in the range 191-201 (rather than 200 as it should be)

Adding to the above, for sake of completeness:
The MaxOA url param on that page is exclusive, while all the labels on the page are inclusive. (190-200 OA will load the page with MaxOA param value at 201)

E: also, for shits and giggles, baffled there' are no drivers available in this range: /gb/AvailDrivers.asp?MinOA=1000&MaxOA=3000

He cant extend drivers contract if over 110 but nothing to stop OA going higher in Amateur.
