Except that Golovanov was prepared and probably could promote with lesser tires, while these two are not prepared (so they are likely to fail).

We will see, Golovanov was prepared, and I am sure that he could promote with lesser tires also, but that not means that this two player (and others in other groups) not can use the advantage of Michelin.

Golovanov closed the season with positive budget, Popławski and Kamennov probably will close this season with negative budget, but maybe they are enough spare to achieve the promotion.
I'm very curious how they can manage theirs budget in this season, will be a good experience for us also. :)

I guess Marek's driver has maxed-out motivation. Where's the speed growth going to come from? Victor's got fave track, but surely there's something more out of the driver later in the season? I didn't look at the market...

well they might manage this seasons budget... but next season probably wont look all that promising!
