Unfortunately RL issues are forcing one of our teammates to leave the game.
We are now looking to find the right manager to fill his spot and join us here at Phantom Racing ™
So, what are we looking for in our new member, and what are we like as a team, you might wonder?
New Member Requirements
1. Must be able to fully communicate in English and partake in discussions with your new team mates.
2. A good personality and disposition is a must! We aren't interested in having people who aren't respectful of others and their opinions. We value friendship and good manners above all else.
3. Are you a serial team hopper? If so, we probably aren't the team for you I'm afraid. Loyalty is another key value here.
4. Full participation in racing is a must. We don't want people who skip races every season. We know sometimes there are real life issue's and this can be unavoidable, but if you have a track record of missing races, we won't be interested.
5. Posting of basic data in the team forum will be required, as will participation in various topics.
6. Game experience and a certain basic level of game play is also needed. We are looking for managers with a track record that shows they know how to progress through the levels, while keeping on top of the non race day issues, which are vitally important.
7. A willingness to continue to push and learn is also one of the things we are looking for. We don't want people who just show up and say nothing, question nothing and contribute nothing. There's no such thing as a silly question in our team!
8. An ability to read is essential.........read on and you'll see.
Who are Phantom Racing ™?
I could go on about our history and blah, blah, blah, but that's not who we are!
In essence we are a collection of really friendly, knowledgeable people who come from all parts of the globe.
We value our friendship and the great spirit in the team. We don't get into arguments here, and we are drama free.
We are open to anyone's ideas and will have no issue's helping you out with any issue's you have. We communicate on the team forum and we also use What'sApp to keep in touch for more urgent issues.
Like most teams, we have various tools at our disposal and we are willing to share these with the new member.
We are not a very demanding team. We don't demand too much data to be posted on a race by race basis, but there are some things we ask for in this regard.
We don't demand that you progress at a certain pace that will possibly damage your long term game plans. We encourage and support all our teammates in this regard.
If you're looking for a team with experience, friendly team mates, support and a good attitude, then we are the team for you.
