Yes, but she is good overall... From 17 managers, only 2 have 8/12, no 7/12 and 4 have 6/12 - you are one of them :)

I don't quite think so, I got a good thing going here, a very specialized team, hard to get members that meet the criteria though.

And some ppl had leave our team (like you), 3 are in the army and Erik was so nice he gave me his leader job :D

Tell me about it... But they will come back if it is possible. I like them and it is hard they aren´t with us now, but army is army :D Especialy Karl :D I know him also personaly - great guy, so... I really wish they come back in few seasons :)

No. You can lose membership only if you want or if you don´t drive races... That´s why we have to be very finicky...

Well I may be new but I fully intend to play the whole season out. I don't know if I want to join a team but I would like to share insights about the game. Also I speak English like a native ha ha. By the way I have some small skills at Spanish French and German .
