Laila has more points, more experience and I am sure she is gonna be better this season. But that doesn´t mean Tom is bad. Trust me, if we would have 5 or 6 spots free, I would take him definately. IMO he is 3rd or 4th from 17 managers who are applying. There is a possibility we will take 4 managers so he has still nice chance, really... And I also need the opinions of my teammates :)
