get more pit full .. and no training driver in the last 3 races for downgrade the motivation

Excuse you? Training stam is the best way to reduce motivation. If you're not training your driver then you might as well go back to rookie - this is my philosophy.
Also, I'm not trying to reduce my driver's OA... I'm succeeding in doing so
