Road to Elite starts in AMA, but if You are not prepared good enough You'll never stay in Elite for longer. It takes me a lot of time with this sponsors system and now someone wants ruin my job - over my dead body!

If you are so sure that you get that sponsor, and listening your facts, then pretty much it is, then why you worry so much ? Their loss, not yours ;)
About first Q - seems like we have some top-runners around and I'm glad (even though 5.6s off the leaders pace :O) that I am looking good to start from first half :D
